El área de clientes es de acceso restringido. Cada cliente es responsable de guardar sus datos de acceso y de la actividad que se haga con su cuenta. Each client is responsible for keeping its login details safe and for the activity carried out with its account. If you believe someone has accessed it without permission, let us know as soon as possible.
4. Conexión de WhatsApp BusinessWhatsApp Business connection
Los agentes de WhatsApp funcionan con la plataforma oficial de WhatsApp Business de Meta. Al conectar su cuenta, el cliente nos autoriza a enviar y recibir mensajes en su nombre y a gestionar sus plantillas de mensaje. El cliente se compromete a:WhatsApp agents run on Meta's official WhatsApp Business platform. By connecting its account, the client authorises us to send and receive messages on its behalf and to manage its message templates. The client undertakes to:
- Cumplir las condiciones y políticas de WhatsApp Business y de Meta.Comply with the WhatsApp Business and Meta terms and policies.
- Escribir solo a personas que hayan dado su consentimiento para recibir sus mensajes.Message only people who have given their consent to receive its messages.
- No usar el servicio para envíos no solicitados, contenido ilegal o engañoso.Not use the service for unsolicited messages or for illegal or misleading content.
El cliente puede desconectar su WhatsApp en cualquier momento. Meta puede limitar o suspender una cuenta según sus propias normas; esas decisiones no dependen de nosotros.The client can disconnect its WhatsApp at any time. Meta may limit or suspend an account under its own rules; those decisions are not ours to make.
5. Uso de la inteligencia artificialUse of artificial intelligence
Los agentes responden a partir de la información que el cliente nos facilita y trabajan bajo su supervisión. Pueden cometer errores, por lo que el cliente debe revisar su funcionamiento y puede intervenir en cualquier conversación.Agents reply based on the information the client gives us and work under its supervision. They can make mistakes, so the client should review how they perform and can step into any conversation.
6. Precios y pagosPrices and payments
Los precios y la forma de pago se indican en la propuesta aceptada por cada cliente. Los costes de terceros, como las tarifas de WhatsApp de Meta o la inversión en publicidad, corren a cargo del cliente salvo que se acuerde otra cosa.Prices and payment terms are set out in the proposal accepted by each client. Third-party costs, such as Meta's WhatsApp fees or advertising spend, are borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.
7. Propiedad intelectualIntellectual property
Los contenidos y el diseño de esta web pertenecen a Ecommerce & Co. Las marcas de terceros que aparecen pertenecen a sus respectivos propietarios y se muestran solo para identificar las herramientas con las que trabajamos. Los datos y contenidos de cada cliente siguen siendo del cliente.The content and design of this website belong to Ecommerce & Co. Third-party trademarks shown belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the tools we work with. Each client's data and content remain the client's.
8. ResponsabilidadLiability
Trabajamos para que el servicio funcione de forma continua, pero depende de plataformas de terceros que pueden fallar o cambiar. No respondemos de las interrupciones causadas por esos terceros ni del uso que el cliente haga del servicio en contra de estos términos. Nada de lo anterior limita los derechos que la ley reconoce a los consumidores.We work to keep the service running continuously, but it depends on third-party platforms that may fail or change. We are not liable for interruptions caused by those third parties or for any use of the service by the client in breach of these terms. Nothing above limits the rights the law grants to consumers.
9. Duración y bajaTerm and cancellation
El cliente puede darse de baja escribiendo a info@ecommerceandco.com, según lo acordado en su propuesta. Podemos suspender el acceso si se incumplen estos términos o las políticas de Meta. Al terminar el servicio, los datos se eliminan como se explica en la Política de privacidad.The client can cancel by writing to info@ecommerceandco.com, as agreed in its proposal. We may suspend access if these terms or Meta's policies are breached. When the service ends, data is deleted as explained in the Privacy Policy.
10. Ley aplicableGoverning law
Estos términos se rigen por la ley española. Para cualquier conflicto serán competentes los juzgados de Barcelona, salvo que la ley establezca otro fuero, como el del domicilio del consumidor.These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless the law provides for another jurisdiction, such as that of the consumer's place of residence.
